PLACE chicken in large shallow dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp dressing. Mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
HEAT greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 30 to 35 min. or until done (170ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.
