DISSOLVE 3 pkg (85 g each) Jell-O Jelly Powder, any flavour, in 3 cups boiling water or boiling juice.
CUT 2-3 bananas into 2 1/2 in. pieces and centre each chunk in a 5-oz paper cup.
POUR jelly around bananas. Chill until firm.
DIP each cup in warm water about 15 seconds. Carefully peel away paper cups from jelly. Place on serving plate. Insert a piece of licorice in one end of each mold to resemble a firecracker fuse.
