JELL-O Jigg-o-Lantern Dessert

1 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder

1 cup boiling water

2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

assorted candies

DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Cool to room temperature.

ADD ice cream by spoonfuls, whisking until smooth.

POUR into dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.

MAKE 'pumpkin' faces on jelly with candies.

TIP

Decorate with candies no more than 1 hour before serving or candies may 'weep'.
