What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Greek with Feta & Oregano Dressing & Marinade, divided
6 Premium Plus Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 whole wheat pita breads, cut in half
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 English cucumber, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 Tbsp. Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat.

MIX meat, 2 Tbsp. dressing, cracker crumbs and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 8 (5x3/4-inch) logs.

GRILL 12 min. or until done (160ºF), turning occasionally and adding pitas to barbecue for the last 1 to 2 min. to grill until warmed. Meanwhile, combine vegetables, tomatoes and remaining dressing.

TOP salad with kabobs and cheese. Serve with pitas.

Sahtar, a spice blend of sesame seed, powdered sumace and dried thyme leaves, is popular throughout Turkey and North Africa. It is traditionally sprinkled over cooked meats and vegetables, or mixed with oil and used as a spread. For added flavour, sprinkle 1/2 tsp. sahtar over this tasty salad.
