What You Need

2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX seasonings; rub onto both sides of ribs. Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan. Pour combined lemon juice and water around ribs; cover.

BAKE 1 hour. Heat barbecue to medium heat. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue grate.

GRILL 7 min., turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
