KRAFT Cheese Igloo

what you need

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (200 g) Kraft Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

make it

MIX cheeses until well blended. Remove 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) of the cheese mixture; place in small bowl. Cover. Spoon remaining cheese mixture into plastic wrap-lined bowl; cover.

REFRIGERATE both bowls several hours.

UNMOULD cheese mixture from plastic wrap-lined bowl onto serving platter about 15 min. before serving to resemble igloo; remove plastic wrap. Place the remaining cheese mixture next to mould; shape into tunnel entrance for the igloo. Score surface of igloo with sharp knife to resemble blocks of ice. Let stand at room temperature until slightly softened.
