6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
3 medium  potatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped
3 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
1 medium  onion, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp.  KRAFT 100% Light Parmesan Grated Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion in large baking dish; drizzle with dressing. Cover with foil.

BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through, removing the foil after 50 min.

SPRINKLE with cheese.
