KRAFT Parmesan Bruschetta

What You Need

2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
5 fresh basil leaves, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 baguette (350 g), cut into 20 slices

Make It

HEAT broiler. Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic and 1/4 cup dressing; set aside.

BRUSH both sides of bread slices with remaining dressing.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Top with tomato mixture.

Substitute
Substitute 1 sliced green onion for the basil.
Variation
Prepare using Kraft 100% Light Parmesan Grated Cheese, Kraft Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and a multi-grain baguette.
