MIX brown sugar, corn syrup, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter and butter in large bowl; stir in cereal. Press cereal mixture into lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
BAKE at 375°F for 10 min.
SPREAD remaining peanut butter over hot baked layer. Spoon jam over peanut butter and swirl with knife. Chill 10 min. before cutting into bars.
