Use 4 cups mixed salad greens or 2 cups cooked rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken 1 cup each red peppers, zucchini, peaches 1/2 cup Kraft Signature Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
3/4 lb. beef sirloin 1 cup each partially cooked potatoes, broccoli, oranges 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
3/4 lb. salmon 1 cup each asparagus, yellow peppers, papaya 1/2 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
3/4 lb. shrimp 1 cup each green onions, cherry tomatoes, pineapple 1/2 cup Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
Then follow our 3 simple steps:

CUT meat and fruit and vegetables into 1-inch cubes. Thread alternately onto 8 skewers and set aside.

POUR sauce or dressing over skewers; marinate 10 minutes. Drain; discard marinade. Place skewers on medium heat on barbecue. Grill until meat is cooked through.

SERVE kabobs on a bed of mixed salad greens, or over rice.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Partially cook potatoes in the microwave before threading onto skewers.
Presoak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.

" I made the chicken with peaches, zucchini, and red pepper kabobs using lots of the poppyseed dresssing. A fantastic hit. One of our guests was my neice who is part owner of a restaurant on Grand Cayman Island in the British West Indies. She thought the combination, especially the peaches and poppyseed dressing, was absolutely delicious."
