PREPARE jelly as directed on package; pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
MEANWHILE, mix custard powder and sugar in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into medium bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
CUT jelly into 1/2-inch cubes. Whisk Cool Whip and cardamom into custard mixture. Combine fruit. Layer fruit, jelly and custard mixture in 8 parfait glasses or dessert bowls; top with trail mix. Refrigerate 1 hour.
