Take 1 cup milk and 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Topping and mix & match your recipe from these options...

Jell-O Instant Pudding options flavouring choices cookie possibilities
Chocolate 3/4 to 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 30 Chips Ahoy! Cookies
Vanilla 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder 30 Mr. Chrisite's Chocolate Wafers
Lemon 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 30 Peek Freans Ginger Crisps
Butterscotch 1/2 tsp. vanilla 60 Nilla Vanilla Wafers (makes 2 logs)
Then follow our 3 simple steps:

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add 1 pkg. (4-serving size) dry Jell-O Instant Pudding and flavouring. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

SPREAD about 2 tsp. pudding mixture onto each cookie. Begin stacking cookies together, standing on edge on serving platter to make a log. Frost with remaining pudding mixture.

REFRIGERATE overnight. Cut diagonally to serve.
