What You Need

1 tub (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup  sour cream
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 large  shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup chili sauce
250 g  cooked small salad shrimp (about 2 cups)
1 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
2   plum tomatoes, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped

Make It

MIX cream cheese spread, sour cream and dressing until well blended. Stir in shallots. Spread onto large serving platter; top with chili sauce.

COVER with layers of shrimp, shredded cheese, tomatoes and peppers.

SERVE immediately with Triscuit Thin Crisp Crackers. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Variation
Use this dip as a base for making other tasty variations. For example, substitute crab-flavoured pollock for the shrimp. Or for a spicier option, substitute salsa for the chili sauce. Let your imagination run wild when coming up with your own combination of tasty ingredients.
Jazz It Up
For added flavour, add 1 tsp. celery salt, the juice of half a lemon and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to chili sauce before spreading over cream cheese mixture on platter.
