What You Need!

4 cups torn spinach
1-1/2 cups  KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese, divided
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small  red onion, sliced, separated into rings
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg.  (350 g) frozen green peas, cooked, cooled
1/2 cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup  light sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp.  OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Make It!

LAYER spinach, 1 cup cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and peas in 3-L serving bowl.

MIX mayonnaise, sour cream and basil. Spread over salad, completely covering top of salad. Cover. Refrigerate 5 hours.

SPRINKLE with remaining cheese and the bacon bits just before serving.

For a dramatic presentation, serve this salad in a clear glass bowl.
Substitute
Substitute torn romaine lettuce for the spinach.

" I took this salad to a bbq. Huge hit. I used miracle whip and it still tasted great. I also took out the mushrooms and added crisp head lettuce instead, very good."
