Lebanese Kabobs with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

1/3 cup KRAFT Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
1/2 cup  plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumbers
1 Tbsp.  chopped fresh mint
10 PREMIUM PLUS Crackers, finely crushed
1-1/2 lb.  lean ground beef
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp.  dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Mix 3 Tbsp. of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

MIX remaining ingredients until well blended. Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.

BAKE 18 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning after 10 min. Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.

For each serving, place two kabobs on 1 pita bread; top with lettuce and thinly sliced red onions. Roll up.
