What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) bone-in chicken pieces (drumsticks and thighs)
1 lb. (450 g) new potatoes, (about 3) cut into 1-inch chunks
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX dressing, broth and honey.

PLACE chicken, potatoes and garlic in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing mixture. Add lemons.

BAKE 45 to 50 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF) and potatoes are tender. Serve lemons as a garnish for the chicken and potatoes.

Special Extra
Add 1 tsp. dried rosemary to the dressing mixture for a burst of flavour.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a side dish of hot steamed green beans or asparagus.
