LINE 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon 2 cups softened lemon-lime sherbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes.
BEAT 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Stir in 1 tub (1 L) thawed Cool Whip Topping. Spread mixture over sherbet.
FREEZE 3 hours or overnight. Cut into slices.
