PREHEAT oven to 375ºF. Unroll dough on baking sheet. Pat out with hands to 12x8-inch rectangle. Spread evenly with pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges; top with pepperoni, olives and cheese.
FOLD one-third of the dough over filling, starting at one of the long sides of dough. Repeat with remaining long side of dough. Firmly pinch seams together to seal. Place, seam-side down, on baking sheet. Prick dough with fork.
BAKE 18 min. or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
