"My husband and I both love this recipe! I'm paranoid about under-cooking chicken, so I often end up over-cooking, and drying out chicken. The water from the Spinach kept the chicken nice and moist, which my husband greatly appreciated. My biggeset compliment about this recipe is that my chicken bundles came out of the oven looking just like the display picture! This is a great recipe to make when company is over, because it makes a lot, and looks impressive"
