Worked great. Prepared it the night before. Easy/neat to cut into wedges to serve. I used bacon, green onions, red/yellow peppers, mozz cheese. (Only thing I would change next time is I would use the low-sodium Stove Top that I gather is now available. I'm a 'salt person' and even I found this a tad salty.) Great for Christmas morning breakfast, or at the cottage when guests are visiting!
