PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place meat and vegetables in 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Cover with layers of 1-1/2 cups of the cheese and 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing.
BEAT eggs and milk with wire whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pie plate. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 min. or up to 24 hours.
UNCOVER casserole. Bake 1 hour; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
