What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1-1/2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. oil
2 red peppers, cut into bite-size pieces
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped
1 piece (1 inch) gingerroot, peeled, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
5 sprigs fresh cilantro

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients; set aside.

HEAT oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add peppers, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 30 sec. Add meat; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until done.

STIR in dressing mixture; bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Spoon onto platter; top with cilantro.
