What You Need

1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, well drained
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing
48 Triscuit Original Crackers

Make It

MIX chicken, fruit, almonds and dressing; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.

SPREAD each cracker with 1 tsp. of the chicken mixture just before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
Make Ahead
Prepare chicken mixture as directed; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before spreading onto crackers as directed.
