What You Need

12 manicotti
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 cup coarsely grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
1 can (680 mL) pasta sauce, divided

Make It

COOK manicotti according to package directions.

BROWN ground beef with onion and garlic in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Drain off fat. Stir in crumbs, carrot, parsley, eggs, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.

SPREAD 1/2 cup pasta sauce over bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Fill manicotti with meat mixture. Arrange in a single layer and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

BAKE at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
