What You Need

3 pork tenderloins (3 lb./1.4 kg)
6 Tbsp. Kraft Signature Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
9 carrots (1-1/2 lb./675 g), quartered
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PLACE meat in 15x10x3/4-inch pan lined with foil; brush with 3 Tbsp. dressing. Toss vegetables with remaining dressing; spread around meat.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), stirring vegetables after 15 min. Heat broiler. Drizzle meat and vegetables with syrup. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 min. or until meat and vegetables are browned.

SPOON vegetables into serving bowl; set aside. Cover meat with foil; let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, toss vegetables with cheese. Slice meat. Serve with vegetables.

Variation
Try adding fennel to the vegetable mixture. Cut 2 fennel bulbs into 8 wedges each. Toss with dressing along with the carrots and asparagus. Continue as directed.
