What You Need

1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into thin strips
1 onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 apples, sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 Tbsp. maple syrup

Make It

COOK rice as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; set aside.

ADD next 5 ingredients to skillet; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return meat to skillet; cook 1 min. or until heated through.

SERVE over rice.
