What You Need

1 pkg. (500 g) elbow macaroni, cooked
250 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 egg
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. paprika

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LAYER half each of the macaroni, Velveeta and Cheddar in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Beat egg and milk with whisk until well blended; pour half over ingredients in baking dish. Repeat with remaining macaroni, Velveeta, Cheddar and milk mixture.

SPRINKLE with paprika.

BAKE 15 min.; stir carefully until well blended. Bake an additional 15 min. or until macaroni mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.

Special Extra
For a festive look, add 2 cups chopped mixed red and green peppers, layering 1 cup of the peppers over each layer of macaroni.
