1 pkg. (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese
1/4 cup  salsa
1/4 cup KRAFT Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp.  sliced pitted black olives (optional)
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

PLACE unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate; top with salsa, shredded cheese and olives.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until Cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.

SERVE with Ritz or Triscuit Crackers.

Jazz It Up
Spoon 1/2 cup refried beans over the cream cheese before topping with the salsa, shredded cheese and olives. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until Cheddar cheese is melted. Continue as directed.

Make it ahead or make it in a snap! This recipe can be put together in the morning, covered and refrigerated until ready to microwave-or make it just before you need it!

" This is so quick & easy to make. You could change it up in so many ways, depending what you have on hand. I served it with torilla chips and multigrain rice crackers. I also used light cream cheese and light shreds. It was still delicious."
