what you need

125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry ( about 1-1/2 cups)
1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten

make it

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese and onion in medium bowl until well blended. Add spinach, bacon bits, flour and shredded cheese; mix well. Stir in eggs until well blended.

SPOON evenly into 24 well greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups.

BAKE 14 to 16 min. or until centres are set and tops are golden brown. Serve warm or chilled.

Variation
To bake in a regular muffin pan, spoon batter evenly into 12 greased and floured medium muffin pan cups. Bake 16 to 18 min. or until centres are set and tops are golden brown. Makes 12 servings, 1 appetizer each.
