HEAT oven to 425ºF.
PLACE baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown, turning after 10 min. Cool.
MIX dressing and zest. Add to lettuce in large bowl; toss to coat. Spoon onto toast slices.
TOP with cheese and bacon.
