COMBINE 1 lb (454g) lean ground beef, 1 egg, 1/4 cup (50mL) each: KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, breadcrumbs and KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese. Add 2 Tbsp (30mL) each: chopped onion and chopped green pepper. Stir in 1 cup (250mL) cubed KRAFT CRACKER BARREL Cheddar Cheese; mix well.
PRESS meat mixture into 8 individual muffin tins.
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
