What You Need

18 frozen mini tart shells

1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding

1 cup cold skim milk

3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

1-3/4 cups mixed fresh fruit (small strawberries, blueberries, halved navel orange sections)

2 tsp. icing sugar

Make It

BAKE tart shells as directed on package; cool completely.

BEAT pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip; spoon into tart shells. Top with fruit.

SIFT icing sugar over tarts.

I always have baked phyllo cups on hand ... filled them at the last minute ... yummy ... minis make nice bites, muffin size are lovely on a plate

What a delicious and elegant-looking dessert - I served these for out of town friends and they loved the variety I had: plums, nectarines, raspeberries and blueberries. Quick and easy and lovely. My kind of fun dessert!

I found the pudding to be too thick. And I had baked the tarts the day before I filled them and they were kind of soft to eat. I won't be making these again.
