What You Need

18 frozen mini tart shells
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup cold skim milk
3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
1-3/4 cups mixed fresh fruit (small strawberries, blueberries, halved navel orange sections)
2 tsp. icing sugar

Make It

BAKE tart shells as directed on package. Cool completely.

BEAT pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip; spoon into tart shells. Top with fruit.

SIFT icing sugar over tarts.
