What You Need

Royal Icing
4-1/2 tsp. meringue powder
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsp. warm water
1 cup icing sugar
House
5 Honey Maid Graham Wafers
2 Teddy Grahams Honey Cookie
5 ring-shaped hard candies

Make It

ROYAL Icing: Beat meringue powder, cream of tartar and warm water in large bowl with mixer on high speed until well blended. Gradually add icing sugar, beating on low speed after each addition until well blended. Beat on high speed 5 min. or until stiff peaks form.

HOUSE:
USE small amount of Royal Icing to attach 2 wafers to each other in "V" shape for roof of house. Stand 1 of the remaining wafers on sheet of waxed paper. Attach to 1 of the bottom edges of roof with additional icing for side wall. Repeat for second side wall. Use additional icing to attach remaining wafer to bottoms of walls for the floor. Stand house upright.

SPREAD or pipe icing onto floor inside house; sprinkle with coloured sugar. Stand Teddy Grahams in house, using additional icing if necessary, to secure.

ATTACH candies to peak of roof with icing. Decorate roof with remaining icing. Let stand until icing is set.

kraft kitchens tips

Note
Cover icing at all times to prevent hardening. To store several hours or overnight, place plastic wrap directly on surface of icing; refrigerate. Before using, beat with mixer until stiff.
Family Fun
To hang on tree, slip a piece of thin ribbon through house; tie into bow.
Cooking Know-How
Don't have a pastry bag? Use a small resealable bag instead. Cut small piece off one of the bottom corners of bag; seal bag. When ready to assemble house, gently squeeze top of bag to pipe icing.
