i have made these cookies the last few years and the family loves them. However i have discovered a few tricks that make them a tad easier to make. if you add 1/4 tbsp of crisco to the chocolate as it is melting, it thins it out and makes it alot easier to work with and it does not affect the taste. also, if you put a toothpick through the centre hole of each cracker it is easier to dip and makes alot less mess!
