SAUTÉ onion in butter until softened. Add banana and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes longer.
STIR in water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half. Remove from heat and stir in jam.
PLACE banana mixture in food processor and process until smooth. Add Salad dressing, sour cream, salt and pepper; process just until combined. Great with Chicken Nuggets
