what you need

1 each cantaloupe and honeydew melon, made into balls
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 English cucumber, sliced
1 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
juice of one lime

make it

MIX melon, tomatoes and cucumber in a large glass bowl.

COMBINE salad dressing, mint and lime juice in small bowl.

TOSS salad with dressing.

:To keep herbs fresh, place roots in a tall container filled with cold water and cover leaves loosely with plastic bag. Keep in refrigerator.
