1/2 cup  whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans Cereal
1/2 cup mixed fresh blueberries and raspberries
Dash  ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg

LAYER half each of the yogurt, cereal and berries in parfait glass. Repeat layers.

SPRINKLE with cinnamon.
