POUR milk into medium bowl. Add coffee granules; beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Add pudding mix and cinnamon; whisk an additional 2 minutes or until well blended. Fold in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.
POUR into 6 individual dessert dishes.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and serve.
