HEAT oven to 350F. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add dry pudding mix and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate.
DROP tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Let stand on baking sheets 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
