Mushroom-Pesto Toasties

What You Need

5 cups sliced fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesto Parmesan Dressing, divided
24 baguette slices (1/2 inch thick)
1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, coarsely chopped

Make It

HEAT broiler.

COOK mushrooms in 2 Tbsp. dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently.

MEANWHILE, place baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

REMOVE mushrooms from heat; stir in cheese and remaining dressing. Spoon onto toast slices; top with parsley.

Use Your Barbecue
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Add bread slices; grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. If you have a barbecue with a burner on the side, use that to cook the mushrooms as directed.
Variation
Prepare using any of your favourite fresh mushrooms, such as shiitake, oyster and/or cremini mushrooms.
