What You Need

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (10 fl. oz / 284 mL) beef broth
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK and stir mushrooms in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until mushrooms are tender.

ADD rice; cook and stir 3 min. Add broth and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.

STIR in almonds and parsley.

How to Toast Nuts
Spread nuts in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
