what you need

Take 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) chicken broth, 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper and 2 lb. mussels, cleaned, and mix & match your recipe from these options...

add-in options liquid choices topping possibilities
1 small onion, finely chopped 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained 1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns
1 leek, trimmed, finely chopped 1 cup white wine 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced 1 bottle (375 mL) pale ale, 1/4 cup Kraft Honey Dijon Dressing 1 medium plum tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 cup water, 2 Tbsp. whipping cream, 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

make it

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in add-ins; cook and stir 1 min. Add chicken broth, liquid and black pepper; bring to boil.

ADD mussels; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low.; simmer 10 min. or until shells open and mussels start to loosen from shells. Discard any shells that do not open.

PLACE in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with toppings. Serve immediately.

Cooking Know-How
To prepare mussels for cooking, rinse under cool running water. Place any mussels that do not close tightly in a dish of cool water and agitate. If they do not close after 1 min., discard.
