I have made this twice now - first for my husband and I to test out before serving at a party we were hosting and then again at the party. The first time we followed the recipe and thought it was pretty good, but the second time we added some finely chopped onion and followed another readers suggestion to top it with balsamic vinegar after cooking it. It was far better the second time and out guests loved it!
