GRATE rind from oranges, peel, section and finely chop.
GRATE rind and squeeze juice from limes.
COMBINE prepared strawberries, oranges, rinds and lime juice into a large bowl.
ADD sugar to fruit and mix well; let stand 10 minutes.
COMBINE water and fruit pectin crystals in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir into fruit mixture. Continue stirring about 3 minutes. (A few sugar crystals will remain.)
POUR into clean jars or plastic freezer containers. Cover with tight lids. Let stand at room temperature until set. (May take up to 24 hours.)
STORE in freezer. If used within 2 or 3 weeks, jam may be stored in the refrigerator.
