No-Cook Strawberry-Kiwi Jam recipe

what you need

1 cup crushed strawberries (about 1-3/4 cups strawberries)
1 cup finely chopped kiwis (about 3 kiwis)
3-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

make it

MEASURE fruit into large bowl. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min.

STIR in pectin. Continue to stir 3 min. or until most of the sugar is dissolved.

POUR into clean jars or plastic containers; cover with tight-fitting lids. Let stand at room temperature until set. (May take up to 24 hours.) Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks, or in freezer for longer storage.

Spoon over a slice of angel food cake, before topping with a dollop of thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
Serving Suggestion
Serve over pancakes and waffles instead of maple syrup. Or, spoon over scoops of ice cream or frozen yogurt.
