What You Need

4 small whole wheat tortillas (7 inch)
1 lb. (450 g) extra lean ground beef
1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
2-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
1 tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 450ºF. Invert four medium-size custard cups or ovenproof bowls on a baking sheet. Spray outsides of cups with cooking spray. Place tortillas over cups. Bake 5 min. or until brown and crisp.

BROWN ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil; mix in dry Macaroni from Kraft Dinner. Once returned to boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 7 to 8 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in Cheese Sauce Mix, tomato, green pepper and black olives. Serve in tortilla cups.
