Very quick and easy! I used low fat frozen chocolate yogurt and low fat Cool Whip and it was delicious! Don't forget the coconut ...that's the best part!

I made two (golden and marble) of these for my sister-in-law's birthday and they were the hit of the dinner as most had seconds. They couldn't believe that I used store-bought pound cake. They were a little difficult to commute with--I had them sitting on my lap with cold packs but just as they were melting I arrived and rushed them to the freezer!
