What You Need!

250 g VELVEETA Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 pkg.  (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup KRAFT Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 Tbsp.  Dijon mustard
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp.  garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Make It!

PLACE all ingredients except pecans in food processor container; cover. Process until well blended. Place on large sheet of plastic wrap.

ROLL into 10-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Remove plastic wrap; roll cheese log in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.
