What You Need!

1/2 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Light Process Cheese Product
1/4 cup  MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
1/2 cup milk
4   eggs
3/4 cup chopped red peppers
3   green onions, thinly sliced
8 small whole wheat tortillas

Make It!

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.; whisk until well blended. Stir in eggs and vegetables.

LINE each of 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray with tortilla to form bowl; fill with egg mixture.

BAKE 25 min. or until centres of egg filling are set. Let stand 3 to 5 min. before serving.

" I made this for breakfast the other morning and my boyfriend and I hated it. First off the eggs took much longer then 25min to set, and by the time they did the tops of the tortillas were burned. When the eggs were finally set there was a disgusting watery puddle that made the bottoms of the tortillas all soggy and mushy. Lastly the miracle whip (which I love in sandwiches) gave the eggs a funny taste which we did not care for. I would not suggest the recipe to anyone I know nor will I make it again. "
