CUT 1 lb. potatoes into cubes. Cook in boiling water for 15 minutes or just until tender; drain. Cool completely.
MIX 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing and 2 tsp. dried basil leaves in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, 2 chopped hard-cooked eggs, 1 shredded carrot and 1 chopped green pepper; mix lightly. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.
