what you need

1 chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cans (10 fl oz / 284 mL each) condensed beef consomme
2 cans (2 cups) instant white rice
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese

PREPARE one recipe Mastering The Meatball (see link below), or thaw 24 prepared meatballs.

SAUTÉ onion and mushrooms in butter; add flour and mix well.

STIR in ketchup, consommé, rice, cream cheese and 24 cooked meatballs. Bring mixture to boil and let simmer until sauce is creamy and meatballs are hot.
